About Frank Vickery
Frank Vickery was born in 1951 in the Rhondda Valley, where he still lives and works as a playwright. He started writing whilst still in school and had his first major success at the age of twenty one when his first comedy ?After I?m Gone? won the Howard De Waldon Trophy for the best one act play in Great Britain. What’s Barkin’ about?
It’s new. It’s funny. It’s poignant.
This autumn, Barkin? will be presented by Grassroots Productions and Rhondda Cynon Taf Theatres. It is a brand new black comedy written by and starring Frank Vickery, and directed by Phil Clark.
